The Missouri Senate was growing with the addition of nine Senators at Winter Meeting and the approval of twelve more for State Convention. Our dues paid list was now over 100 members. I felt the meeting in Belton was one of the most productive for By-Laws changes; as we had some very good input from guests attending the meeting and also heard opinions from most of the members present on the issues we discussed. This type of meeting makes an organization a success.

The Spring Meeting was held in Cape Girardeau. In addition to the elections and meeting there was a golf tournament, party, hospitality room, and generally a good time was had by all in attendance. My thanks to all on the Board who helped make the year a great success.
