PRESIDENT - DEBBIE ROTHWEILER #65300I began my Jaycee career with the Palmyra Jaycees, then transferred to the Hannibal Jaycees. I assisted in many projects locally, and then "volunteered" to be Region Director. I finished the year as the number one RD in the state. The following year I was the Management Development Vice President. I have also served the Show-Me Corps as their Queen, raising money for Camp Wonderland. I received my Senatorship in 2005 and started my Senate career as the Registration Chairman for the 2006 National Meeting in St. Charles, and then for the 2008 Region Meeting in Branson. I have also served as the Missouri Return the Favor Chairman and Secretary. On the region level I have chaired the Region booth for the National Convention. |

VICE PRESIDENT - MICHELE BURNETT EMMERICH #60635I joined the Macon Jaycees in December 1985. I received my Senatorship from Macon in January 2000. As a Macon Jaycee I served in several local offices including local President three times. I have also been a District Director, and a State Program Manager. In the Senate I have served as a Program Manager and as Chaplain. I live on a farm with my husband Lee. We have cattle and do row cropping. I enjoy gardening, reading, needle work and spoiling our two dogs, Ozzie and Slash. I am also involved in the American Legion Auxiliary and serve as District President. I look forward to seeing you at up-coming Senate meetings and social events. |

TREASURER - SUSAN HATCHER #58143I joined the Capital City Jaycees (in Jefferson City, Missouri) in 1986 and served as Treasurer during the 1987-1988 until moving to St. Louis County in February 1988. I joined a new chapter there - the Maryland Heights Jaycees and served as Individual Development Vice President but then I joined my home chapter of West St. Louis County serving as Director and Management Vice President. I was elected President (1992-1993) whereby we had one of the most exciting years in the chapter history culminating in the chapter winning its first Clarence Howard award and myself receiving the first chapter Charles Kulp Jr award - Outstanding Local President. For Missouri I served as District Director and Treasurer for the state organization. I also served as the Treasurer of the 75th Anniversary National Meeting in St. Louis - remember Missouri night? I was honored to receive a JCI Senatorship as nominated by the West Louis County Chapter. I have been Outstanding Young Missourians/Farmers chairman and last year served as Scholarship chairman for the Missouri Senate organization. I am pleased to serve as Treasurer during 2011-2012. |

SECRETARY - LORI VINCENT #54021I joined the West St. Louis County Jaycees in June, 1986. I held most all of the local chapter offices, including Chapter President. I also served as a District Director for the Missouri Jaycees. In 1994-1995, I had the honor of serving as First Lady when my husband Tim was the State President. In January, 1995, I received my Senatorship. In the Missouri JCI Senate, I have served as the Freshman Senator Program Manager, Newsletter Editor twice, and Return the Favor Program Manager twice. I live in west St. Louis County. I enjoy sewing/crafts, traveling, cooking, and shopping. Look forward to seeing you soon at an event of the Missouri JCI Senate! |
CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD - TIM VINCENT #54020My Jaycee career began with the West St. Louis County Jaycees on April 30, 1986, and I received my Senatorship in January, 1995. In the chapter, I served in a majority of the chapter offices, including President twice. Outside the chapter, I have served in just about every capacity for the Missouri Jaycees, including State President in 1994-95. In 1992-93, I was a Clint Dunagan Memorial Award winner as #6 Region Director in America. As a member of the Missouri JCI Senate, I have been Return the Favor Program Manager twice (national award winner once), Newsletter/Communications Program Manager, Treasurer, and Vice President. Last year, I am so very proud to have served as your 37th State President during our "Friends Forever" year. And, this year, I am equally proud to serve as your Chairman of the Board, as well as a member of the Constitution and Bylaws Committee for the US JCI Senate. |
