PRESIDENT - BONI HART #59553I began my Jaycee career with the West St. Louis Jaycee Wives/Women where I was named the State Sparkette winner, and twice the State Speak-Up winner. In 1979-80 I was named the #1 Local President. Besides working on many local projects I also served the State organization as Parliamentarian, Chaplain, and Awards Chairman. I received the Jan Curtis Award #54 and I am member #54 of the Missouri Show-Me Corps. I received my Senatorship from the Missouri JCI Senate in January 1999. In the Senate in have been Program Manager of OYM, Freshman Senators, and our Newsletter (nationally award winner). I have been named Missouri Senator of the Year (3 times), and National Jim Calder Award nominee (twice). I have served in all offices of the Missouri Senate and was named a National Outstanding State Treasurer in 2007. |

VICE PRESIDENT - TIM VINCENT #54020My Jaycee career began with the West St. Louis County Jaycees in April 1986, and I received my Senatorship in January, 1995. In the chapter, I served in a majority of the chapter offices, including President twice. Outside the chapter, I have served in just about every capacity for the Missouri Jaycees, including State President in 1994-95. In 1992-93, I was a Clint Dunagan Memorial Award winner as one of the top Region Directors. As a member of the Missouri JCI Senate, I have been Return the Favor Program Manager twice (national award winner once), Newsletter/Communications Program Manager, and Treasurer. |

TREASURER – DEBBIE ROTHWEILER #65300I began my Jaycee career with the Palmyra Jaycees, then transferred to the Hannibal Jaycees. I assisted in many projects locally, and then "volunteered" to be Region Director. I finished the year as the number one RD in the state. The following year I was the Management Development Vice President. I have also served the Show-Me Corps as their Queen, raising money for Camp Wonderland. I received my Senatorship in 2005 and started my Senate career as the Registration Chairman for the 2006 National Meeting in St. Charles, and then for the 2008 Region Meeting in Branson. I have also served as the Missouri Return the Favor Chairman and Secretary. On the region level I have chaired the Region booth for the National Convention. |

SECRETARY – MICHELE BURNETT EMMERICH #60635I joined the Macon Jaycees in December 1985. I received my Senatorship from Macon in January 2000. As a Macon Jaycee I served in several local offices including local President three times. I have also been a District Director, and a State Program Manager. In the Senate I have served as a Program Manager and as Chaplain. I live on a farm with my husband Lee. We have cattle and do row cropping. I enjoy gardening, reading, needle work and spoiling our two dogs, Ozzie and Slash. I am also involved in the American Legion Auxiliary and serve as District President. I look forward to seeing you at up-coming Senate meetings and social events. |

CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD – DEWAYNE CARTEE #62218I joined the Jefferson City Jaycees during a Jaycee Week M-Nite, January 1986. In the summer of 1991 I also joined the Southern Boone Jaycees. During my Jaycee career I served as State Shooting Education Program Manager (top 3 in the country, 1988). I then moved to Tulsa and worked for the US Jaycees as National Outstanding Young Farmer Program Manager for about 2 years. After returning to Missouri, I served as Region IX Director (Clint Dunagan Memorial Award winner 1992), then Punt Pass and Kick Program Manager. In January of 2002 I was awarded my Senatorship by the Southern Boone Jaycees.During my Senate career I have served as chairman of Jefferson City BBQ stand, Competitions Program Manager, Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President, and President. I continue to assist the Jaycees by “Returning the Favor” throughout the state. My experiences with the Jaycees and the JCI Senate have been wonderful and I hope that they are for you also.
